RANYA NAGI, COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Half Palestinian, half Pharaoh, born in Kuwait with a Jordanian passport, it’s no wonder Bareface’s newest Communications Manager Ranya is the agency’s social networking butterfly!

When she isn’t absorbed with marketing projects, or updating the agency’s twitter and facebook pages, you can find her playing a mean game of scrabble or drooling over all the newest products at Apple stores!

CAT PHILPOTT, CAST & KIDS BOOKER

Cat Joined the Bareface team as a Cast and Kids booker after 2 years at Film School.

You will always see her with a smile on her face and as a big child herself, its perfect that she manages the kids’ board.

Her bouncy personality and random laughing is way too unnatural for 6 o’clock in the morning!

LUZ VILLAMIL, PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

After 4 years in corporate PR, Luz has now joined Bareface as Public Relations executive and brings her Colombian/Palestinian craziness to the team.

As Co-founder of charity initiative Flea4Charity, Luz is getting one step closer to fulfill her passion of saving the world!

Her daily diet consists of Ritz crackers and berries of all kinds!

CAROLE SADDIK, OFFICE MANAGER

Carole, aka our ‘Mother Hen’, is the first person you see when you walk into the Bareface office, and without fail, she is guaranteed to always say something that will make you smile.

Originally Lebanese, Carole is fluent in English, French and Arabic. Her best skills, other than managing the Bareface household, include her amazing ability to multi-task. She has been known to simultaneously answer the phone & reply to emails whilst filing both her documents and nails!

ELISA GALBRAITH, GENERAL MANAGER

Cuban-British Elisa is a feisty senorita and passionate about her role as Bareface General Manager managing the Model Agency, Cast & Kids and Entertainment divisions.

Over five years with the company we’ve learnt she loves traveling, living in flip-flops and shaking those Latina hips - but the less said about the table-dancing the better!

STEFANIE BUCHAN, SENIOR BOOKER

Stef has been working at Bareface since 2006. She is an absolute nut for coffee, so watch out for her in the morning before she’s had her cup of joe! She was even a barista at Starbucks while she was in university in the UK.

Stef has 2 cats called Jack and Meg, named after the rock band the White Stripes, so she’s clearly crazy about music, so much so that she’s got enough to fill up two ipods!

SARA ALLEN, SENIOR BOOKER

Sara has worked on the model agency booking desks in Australia, London and now Dubai for over a decade, managing everything from fashion models, actors, celebs and even, erm… the occasional canine! Sara has also conducted modeling workshops.

Fact #53 – Despite industry misconceptions, she has an enormous appetite!

DAN BOLTON, HEAD OF ENTERTAINMENT

Fire eating, stilt walking, and angle grinding are just a few of the skills on this circus school grad’s resume. Dan, who currently handles the booking of entertainers at Bareface, has been all over the world with his work, from performing at the 2004 Athens Olympics to the Royal Variety performance for HM the Queen in 2007.

He loves the Dubai sun, but due to his Irish/ginger genetic make up, a tan is something he’ll only ever be able to get from a spray.

LEILA ISMAIL, SENIOR BOOKER

Leila, our very own Mother Teresa, loves helping out the needy and riding horses when she's not looking for the next big talent for Bareface, which she shifted to after being in the fashion industry 4 years ago.

Although she's got a heart of gold, she has been known to fall asleep with her eyes open on occasion.  
 

CARMELITA SENAS, ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Numbers are Carmelita's game! As assistant accountant she keeps us all in line. Her infectious smile and crunch for numbers make her a welcome spirit in the office!
